PEP - Poor service

I send my sister to send money via PEP, it was about 11:25. She unfortunately forgot her ID n I said she must wait for me at PEP. When I got there the lady by the name of Tshidi refused to assist me she said me and my sister are not related. I then asked if I can use Paxi they said it was off line.
And I know it was not off line, they just assisted a customer infront of me.

This is unacceptable, those ladies think that they own the store. They talk to people whichever way the want.

This incident took place at PEP retail in Kimberley at New Park between 11H25 and 11&35.

May you kindly inform me about the actions u r going to take against Tshidi as I felt that she didn't assist me as she is supposed to
