PEP - Pep headoffice backs manager that insults customers and take their stuff

After laying a complaint and it going to headoffice about the Brakpan pep cellular manager insulted me and kept my money and the cellphone i returned and the outcome to me was you can fetch your cellphone. This is really really ridiculous seeing the top management back staff like this i dont refer anyone to ever support the store and i will be sharing my experience on social media aswell this time ill be adding names of management and staff as it has been made clear not wearing a mask insulting customers and refusing them what is rightfully theirs is right in this store!!!!!!! disgusted!!!!!
