PEP - Bad treatment

I went to PEP at Phola Park to pay my son's laybye as he's birthday is coming up and the cashier just looked at my slip once and said "go to the store where you made the laybye" I told her it's this store she said it's not and we argued about the store of the laybye and no one even the manager came to my rescue, I left the store heartbroken and emotional. I don't even have the energy to go back I guess my son won't have his birthday clothes ??
