I went to pep cell not the clothing store in phillipi junction mall. Pep code 4554 to buy mtn simcard to do a simswap, since I have lost my phone.

Before leaving the store I asked them are you sure the simcard is Ricad they reassured me yes. I get home the simcard says it’s Ricad barred. I decide to give the simcard 24 hours to register I call the contact centre and they say the simcard has not been registered I must go back.

Now going back involves transport money, I decided to buy airtime and call them maybe they can assist over the phone since I still have all the simcard details. They refused to help and said I must come in after I said I do not have travelling money I can send them pictures of everything.

I am very dissapointed in the service and response I got from the ladies at the store. I wasted my money and airtime with a simcard that is useless to me right now
