my name is Bhekisia Mvubu i work for an outsource company at 4866 Pepcell Southdale.
i worked on this store from February 2024, so today i bought a car charger around 17h10.
when i get to the car to test the charger and unfortunately the charger was not working.
i returned the charger to the shop explained to Iviwe who was helping me, so Iviwe called on Tshepiso Afrika who is the 2YC of the shop at the moment as the manger is on leave. to give me a refund or exchange.
i explained to Tshepiso Afrika that the charger is not working, so she tells me that maybe is my car that has a problem. i confirmed to her that the car does not have any faults. and she must not make any assumptions, rather test it or exchange for me. i decided to change cables to check to if the 1 m using is not faulty.
Tshepiso said i should wait she will test the charger on her Boyfriend car. i asked her that if i was not working there would she tell the customer that.
she started throwing remarks and said to Iviwe they must no longer sell anything to me at the shop because m trying to make her bad.
so as m waiting for her to call the manager she decide to help other customers not helping me with my issue. then after 15mins she decide to do a refund for me but still she was throwing remarks and she was rude. and there were other customers at the shop.
as i mentioned that i have been working there with her for quite sometime, and the attitude she had towards me is the attitude that she usually give other customers. i.e
she would talk about customers when they leave or throw those kinds of remarks like " this one bores me" if the customer is white or a foreigner she would use Nguni language to talk about the customer bad.
there are so many wrong things she does espacially when the manager is not around she would boss everybody around. and neglect her post go chill with her security boyfriend who works at the mall, whenever we need to her to take out devices on the safe she is not around and customers would eventually leave the store without getting the devices.
today 05/12/2024 a customer walked in a wanted to buy A05 Samsung, Tshepiso was out and about with her own things, Iviwe called her to come open the safe, she took almost 10mins or more. By the time she got to shop customer had went inside pick n pay.
She get to the shop and shouts "Baphi kanti" meaning "where are they. then immediately wanted to leave the shop and without taking out the device for the customer. thats what we experience with her when Blessing is not around.
