Pep Stores - Theft from my trolley at n1 city

Good day
My wife shopped at Pep Stores at N1 City, after 5pm today, 14th May 2025.
She was stopped at the entrance by a staff member, and asked to leave her trolley at the entrance, while she does her shopping.
The staff Member promised to ensure the safety of Trolley contents.
My wife left the trolley with her but as she left she glanced back, and noticed that the staff member has moved away from the trolley.
When we wife arrived Home, she noticed that her Meat, which she purchased at Food Lover’s Market was missing.
She missed 4 x Chicken Breast Packs and 2 x Pork Meat packs.
I would request that an enquiry be done at the Store immediately, and that feedback is provided to us both.
