Visited pep by the rank was treated rudely by the cashier named Xoliswa,I then asked for the manager who identified herself as Hlengiwe ,she tried her level best to address the situation but the rude Xoliswa was having none of it,she wouldn't budge she proceeded and called another customer and showed no sympathy or acknowledge her terrible behavior. She wouldn't apologize,she uttered that she rather lose her job than apologize. Imagine someone saying that in such economy!!! Xoliswa is rude, unprofessional and think she's irreplaceable. I wonder how many customers have had to deal with her behavior and said nothing. Please deal with her accordingly.Maybe she needs to have a training on customer service
