I am very livid right now I don't want to lie, a lady called Dikeledi from Pep Home in Mabopane Central City was very rude. I went to buy an MTN SIM card and when I got there I did not have my proof of residence,ok cool I went to the bank to print a statement to use as proof of residence when I got there she still gave me the run around telling me my name should be on the proof of residence. How? This is not my first time buying a SIM card I then said let me rather buy a cellphone worth R190 so I can get a SIM card, she still stood by her words and told me I need a proof of residence that has my name, fortunately the lady who was working next to her named Thato helped me without any hassles using the very same proof of residency that had my mother's names. I'm very angry I'm livid because she's disrespectful and she doesn't know how to address people. Please call her in to order and teach her how to address customers and what customers service is, because she didn't even smile or greet me, she just took my SIM card and said "where is your ID and proof of residence" with attitude for that matter. The second time around she was worse.
