Pep Stores - Poor service thabong pep store

My partner went to Thabong pep store to buy Paxi plastic he was not assisted instant they were asking him why he didn't go to pep home store , plastic were there but the one that he wanted to buy I don't if it was finished or they didn't want to help him ,he was send to phila to post until he decided to go to sebokeng plaza where they assisted him . Thabong Pep store their service it sucks , I wonder how many people are they doing that to them very disappointed if I were given the chance to rate them it will be 1 that's how bad their service is
