On wednesday 2025-01-08 at about 14h00. I went to lichtenburg mall pep home to buy can opener. While standing on the queue I saw kiwi polish on the shelf at the price of R40-00 for 2. I then decided to take them. When I got to the teller the price immediately changed to R24-99 for each I then request for my money back only for kiwi polish because i thought 2 is R40-00. The lady how was standing next to the teller told me to stand back from the teller and wait for everyone on the queue +- 13 people to be assisted. I was not given a full customer service. Returning items and get your cash back shouldnt be so difficult .it was not something big to wait for everyone to be assisted.it was not like I used a credit card .I paid in cash. Even the can opener I bought is not working so I'm afraid to go back to the store again because of the treatment I got.
