Was insulted by staff at greenstone pep store on the 01/06/2021 and nothing has happened after me laying a complaint on that day. Have made follow ups 4 times and being promised that the area manager is going to call me. It looks like the area manager doesn't want to get my side of the story, proving that he/she doesn't care about customer's treatment in your stores. Can't wait 6 weeks for a call as a customer. Can this please be attended
