After politely explaining to the manager of Steilloop PEP how unsatisfied I was with their exchange policies, she told me I thought I knew too much. They took my original receipt, which according to the Area Manager, were not supposed to take and my personal information including my home address. They simply opened a complaint ticket, phoned me and closed it. They never addressed my concerns. They still haven't given me back 'my' receipt.
