After politely explaining to the manager of Steilloop PEP how unsatisfied I was with their exchange policies, she told me I thought I knew too much. They took my original receipt, which according to the Area Manager, were not supposed to take and my personal information including my home address. They simply opened a complaint ticket, phoned me and closed it. They never addressed my concerns. They still haven't given me back 'my' receipt.

They don't care about their customers. They are disrespectful toward their customers. They treat complaints as numbers and not actual issues. Their managers are as useless!
