I bought airtime on the 12th of July 2023 at 15:09:24
When I try to load the airtime didn't go through I then phoned MTN to find out why I was failing to load
They told me that the airtime was used and it was used on a 07 3 number
I asked them when was the airtime used they told me that it was used at the same date at 3:10 p.m. the first a time and the second time was used at 3:11 p.m.
I then contacted the store which is the PEP cell in umlazi mega City where purchase the airtime I was then sent to pillar to post up until today my matter has not been resolved it is frustrating because I purchase this airtime for my own purpose use I still have the slip with all serial numbers and PIN numbers this is so frustrating whom should I contact because your store now is rejecting me and also MTN is sending me back to the store
