What is the use of pep card club ,because when you ask their cashier to swipe it the don't so ,what is the use of it as clearly your cashiers does not know any importance of it and they are lies.

I can't paint all cashiers with a bad brush because of 1 cashier as I do get good customer service in other pep stores where they value they customers .
