Went to pep store in Rockland shoprite center wanted to purchase a cellphone after asking for assistance I was directed to a gentleman by the name of Kenneth whom saw us standing to be assisted by decide to go stand at the door and be busy with his phone. When he was called to assist first he did not even acknowledge me as a customer he just asked if I was at the queue didn't respond as he already show he was not interest in helping me I asked to see the phone he just said you can see the phone and he just say you can see the phone and when I asked him can't he open for me to see the phone as it was showing only the back he said no and I asked him if that is the policy of pep only then he said yes and he was showing no empathy as he was carrying kids whom I don't know if they were his or not and afterwards he decided to attend to another customer while he was busy with me and as someone working in a customer service environment with the etiquette that I will not do that to any customer I felt humiliated and it was not the first time he does this kind of behaviour which first time I let it slade but this time around it was worse
If pep store is not going to resolve this complain I'm going to go to hello Peter and asked them to assist further clearly this platform is not helping at all
