I'm not quite with the service I received in Pep cell pongola I went there for sending out paxi kore the lady was so rude then she spoke English in such a way that she's emphasizing every word I tried avoiding all that until she started shouting at me mind you I'm a store manager so I know what customer service is she then told me to never come back ko Pep I should use the courier guy.... so much for a brand ambassador to be promoting other businesses instead of winning all the customers
