I'm very disappointed, I'm a regular customer who send every week parcels away.... One of the cashier's made a mistake to send the parcel D532014228581 to a wrong pep in capetown strand street and I suppose to be pep in Strand capetown.. I wanted them to send it to pep in strand but the lady told me they can't do that.. I was willing to pay for the paxi again BECOZ it will damage the my product to send it back to me and than again to capetown.... No one can help me or told me what I can do... BECOZ it will cost the customer alot of petrol to go fetch it by that destination....
