i went to Pep to send my parcel to P6350 on the 05/10/2022 the delivery date was supposed to be the 12/10/2022.i have been calling the callcentre everyday they all promised to call me back.the sad part is they dont have answers for what happend to the parcel.i am so dissapointed and sad because i have paid and now they cannot even assist me.this is worsed customer service i have ever received.
