I am an unhappy customer, informing you of my parcels which were stolen by either PEP or Paxi , I sent parcels via PEP on the 16th of November 2022, from PEP store Kimberley CBD to Orange farm, Johannesburg, however when they arrived at they're destination they were open and my kids new clothes were missing , I would like you to attend to this matter as i will be taking it further to the authorities, The clothing items were worth alot and I spent my last money.
