Hi. I sent my parcel[D531007688249] on the 29 April and three weeks later it didn't arrive. So I called the customer care and they said it is lost and the will send me an email to make a claim. Till this day I've been calling them and requesting the email to be sent, everyday they tell me that they will send it and they don't. Please refund me for my lost my parcel.
