PAXI - Poor customer service

Was sent a parcel through Paxi. It was received at store went to collect only to find out its not there. They cant even explain to me what happened. They promised to do follow up because they think it was given back tobthe courier. Since monday 25 oct 2021 im the one calling them nothing. Today they were just pure rude to me dropping my call and told me that they cant give me the managers contact details as they are busy with a store opening. Since monday ive been hearing about that she cant assist me cz shes busy. My understanding is if shes not in storw the is someone that is a Manager on duty....
