My mom dropped the parcels off at the store on the 3rd of March 2023 and was expected to be in by me in Rustenburg on the 16th of March but it did not reach Rustenburg at all.When I track the parcels it tells me that it is with the couriers.When the parcels did not arrive in Rustenburg I started to do my own investigation.I started to chat with the paxi agents on whatsapp then everytime they are not much help at all.At the end I found out that the parcels never left the store that my mom dropped it off at.The store did not even have the decintcy to contact my mom and tell her that the parcels are still at the store and the reason for the parcels being still at the store is that the parcels was "expected" to be over packed then the bags broke.But I have foto's of how the bags looked like when it was delivered and the way the bags "expected" to have broken when my mom went to asked at the store what is going on with the parcels I can't see that is true.Then they still want to tell my mom she must buy other bags for the parcels to be send after she already paid R220 with the insurance by.We are very disappointed in the paxi services and then they still believe the store about the reason what is wrong then they listen to the customer that is serposed to be their priority.We will not make use of this service again.The first foto is how it looked when my mom took it to the store and the other foto's is how it looked when she took the parcels back home because she doesn't have money to buy new bags
