I sent my parcel last month 14thbof September and after 3 weeks I checked with them because the parcel was not fund at the pickup place and they said it's lost..I provided all my details for them to pay the insurance I paid for at the store but they are not getting back to me..waiting for the lost letter second week now but still their team leader seem not interested to pay my insurance...when I call they always say I'll get the email before the end of the day but still no email...what a very poor service paxi offered to me at the first time using it..how can they be this careless after they lost my parcel but still no one calls me to give me the feedback I have to run after their team asking how far each and every day and they can't even explain tangible process. .can paxi please speak with their team leaders to pay my claim
