My fiance recieved an email on the 26th of April indicating her parcel for goods bought abroad would be delivered via pep paxi service. The email states the parcel tracking number is BUFZA4040365213YQ to be delivered to pep pheonix plaza branch. When we go there we dont find our parcel. We were told to phone the paxi customer service. She did and the agent says the parcel is in Harmersdale mind we live in Ntuzuma dbn. Ever since we are calling and we not getting any assistance from your unprofessional customer service agents. Can someone please give this complaint the urgent attention it deserves and locate our parcel PLease!!!!
