Hai I dropped my parcel(D511020922155 )at pep cell Wynberg Cape Town on 04/10/23.I received a message on 11/10/23 stating that the parcel has been lost due to high jacking.They said an insurance company will contact and send me forms to claim my lost staff on 12/10/23 but till now I am still waiting
