Honestly the service is very bad the person who sent the parcel to me received a call regarding the refund for the lost parcel weeks ago and they said they will get back to her even now they haven't called about the refund or atleast to say the parcel is found because how does a parcel go missing if it wasn't stolen or given to someone by mistake
