On April 28 2022 I dropped off my parcel at P6481 to the destination P0674. 10 days later I tracked my parcel only to be told the parcel is enroute. A week after that I called and I was told that there is an investigation going on relating to my parcel. I have called many a times since and each consultant makes me stay on the line for more than 30 minutes only to tell me that they are trying to locate my parcel. The last enquiry I made on June 24th I was told after back and forth calls with the consultant that my parcel is lost and a claim was made for a refund but I still have not received feed back. My parcel is valued over R1000 but was told that they can only refund me R500 because my parcel is not insured.
