I sent a parcel worth R1860 with paxi in September till today I don't know what happened to the parcel, when I called them to ask about my parcel, they told me it is lost, they told me to claim for insurance, but the insurance only want to give me R500 for the parcel that cost R1860, they say because I didn't take insurance, the same insurance that no one informed me about when I went to send my parcel. I am not happy at all. Paxi service is really bad. where can I report this company called paxi I hate it with all my heart. I really need help to get my money back. The worst part is they said that the R500 they want to pay will be paid to me 2 weeks ago but till today I haven't received any payment.
