I sent my goods from Cape Town to Pretoria of the value of R1050 and I was told 2 weeks later that the delivery truck was involved in an accident and looted, and was given a link to claim up to the value of R500, but the link, email and whatsapp provided are non responsive, I even looked up their customer care number and they don't respond, what a pity and this is more like fraud than anything, I check other reviews elsewhere it seems this is now common practice with paxi, can the authorities please intervene. Pep is robbing people

Same here, parcel sent on 4th to me, I'm STILL waiting for it. It's a pair of Takkies. It doesn't even go against the "may not post list". It better reach me or I'm going to become VERY noisy.
