I send a parcel through Pixie from Pretoria to Germiston. The parcel is supposed to be picked up on Monday 16 May 2022 I phoned PTA Pep the lady told me it will be picked up on Wednesday they didn't arrived on Monday. From there on I track the parcel. From the 20th its at Johannesburg hub. I get it I paid for 7 to 9 days. But it's 7 days now and the whatsapp informed me that it will be delivered today 24th May. Up until now it didn't move, I try whatsapp from 10.18 to 10.54 no agent to chat to, I called customer care and the lady informed me that it will be delivered on the 26th. My business needs this clients approval for my product, I even took a screenshot as proof and send it by whatsapp to her. This ain't looking good for me and if this ain't sorted out today I will definitely advise my other clients not to use Pixie parcel, so they have to step up and it's not my fault they picked it up late 7 days I paid for and in close range it should be delivered today. Don't drop me now, this is my bread and butter.
