I went to collect my parcel at PEP Manguzi Kwa-Ngwanse. Parcel number is D611016560538 the parcel was open and my package was broken. I’m really not happy with this service I require a full explanation as to what happened as it was supposed to be handled with care. I’m definitely sure your agents packing the parcel were fully aware that it was fragile. Please assist with a full explanation to what happened and I will need a reimbursement.
