PAXI - Goods was damaged on arrival

I bought a PlayStation2 in Kennilworth and had it Paxi'd to Paarl Mall's Pep Stores. The station was properly bubble wrapped for extra protection and yet, somewhere in transit, someone was careless with my parcel as my parcel had, without a doubt, fallen on its corner, smashing the corner to bits. The station's upper casing is cracked through and some pieces of the casing are entirely loose!

I often make use of Paxi's services as you have always been careful with your parcels, but this time, I was severely disappointed.
