I payed paxi 130 rand to get my package to Springbok by 22 July with the 3-5 day service. When I went to enquire about the package the 24 as to why it was not delivered yet i was told it was still at the hub in Cape Town. The following day i was called by someone asking what was in my package as it seems my package was opened. As of today 27/7 my package has still to be delivered.
Paxi was very delayed in dealing with my complaint . After much promoting on my part they eventually got to me in a very clinical manner. Their customer service leave alot to be desired.
