I have sent my parcel on the 6th of June 2022. When I was tracking my parcel the report was still showing that it is underway. 3 days after awaiting for the 9 days delivery. I logged a complaint and 2 days after I was contacted only to be told that the vehicle that was doing deliveries was hijacked. An agent promised to send an email with the process that I will need to follow in order to submit a claim. Till today no email was sent. There is no communication or what so ever from Paxi. Im so disappointed.
