Panda Stores - Guarantee for an iron

Bought an iron at Panda store (Southgate) and was told that the guarantee is only 1 month as their items are not insured. Was given a number for the manager (Oscar 0815164292) and sent him a courteous message on the same day and a follow up message today (2023.09.04) and copied the supervisor and both never replied.

I would like to understand how long is the guarantee for an electric appliance such as iron, please.
