One Point Zero - What a nightmare!

The owner of One Point Zero was contracted to do some renovations in our home. We had discussed exactly what we wanted and He agreed. He brought all his own suppliers, so that he would personally oversee them and help us if they don't fullfill the guarantee. He never did either!!! Quite the opposite actually!

The interior designer made Huge Mess of our bedroom cupboards and felt nothing. Just Walked away!

Our work was supposed to be completed early last year.
Without any communication all the work slowed down and came to a complete halt!!! We were dumbfounded!
All our emails and calls were not responded to.

The garage door fell, missing my husband by millimetres!

I asked the owner repeatedly for our invoices, i needed it for our records and guarantee purposes. To date we received nothing. Note we have Paid in Full.

ALL the old stuff and extra new stuff was STOLEN!!! I made it clear that we want everything, old and new. The new stuff amounted to a lot :( The old stuff i was going to donate.

Currently we have problem with waterproofing, wooden flooring, aircon, paving, dampness in the house etc...
Damp affects me because i'm asthmatic and they know.
Companies involved refuse to help, we have to go through One Point Zero?
He ignores us, tried to contact the interior designer and builder. Nobody cares.

Contractors Must be held Accountable, its unacceptable that we had to experience this. Never Ending Nightmare!
They have to respect people and their homes.
There has to be consequences so that hopefully the next person will be treated better and they learn a thing or two.

Take away the power these guys have!!!Above all to disrespect you and your home.
No handover means lot of corruption happening!!!
