NSFAS - Unfair unsuccessful appeal

I applied last year already for the bursary and this year i had the option of appealing, because my application was unsuccessful due to exceeding years.

However, I didn't even have the option of submitting my documents, but all of a sudden there's a tick by appeal in process. But how is that possible, if you never opened the link to submit my documents to appeal. What you don't know, is that in the documents i complied to submit for my appeal, there are many things your company did to make sure i did not get the bursary.

I have emailed many times and even tried to speak to someone on twitter or Facebook, but nsfas just ignores the people they know they wronged. The biggest thing that nsfas prevented me from getting the bursary, is that the details that you have, is incorrect and i have been telling your employees that everytime. My degree is 4 years and not 3 years and because of that, i cannot get the bursary. My family has no money, im on my final year and probably wouldn't be able to graduate because i don't have the finances, but when im finished with my degree i need to get a job, but i need to be able to pay my student fees to get a job. So one of use please tell me how this is right.
