NSFAS - Taking long to respond

I have been previously enrolled and studying with the aid of NSFAS,however, this Academic Year the financial aid rejected my application because i am a returning student. That is when i opted to appeal the decision. It is when ,i was requested to submit a declaration form completed by a Social Worker and Guardian.
To add on, the message i received indicated that the documents should be submitted within 5 working days so that they might be no delays.
Since May the application status remained at stage 3 stating:Evaluation of documents. I ,therefore began sending emails.
The emails were responded but the challenge was that the application status could not be viewed.
Once again i had no choice but to inquire. The response was that the appeal was still in progress and i should view the application status which i was failing to view.
Furthermore, i temporarily registered with the Institution but received messages and emails that they cannot finalize the registration as yet, because the financial aid has not requested the registration data .
It is very frustrating to notice that the financial aid seems to have no time frame for applications. Some students are studying and busy with assignments while some of us are still stuck and waiting in suspense for the outcome.
Lastly , if i cannot be financed how will i complete the remaining 2 modules? And what will happen with the 8 modules that i successfully passed?Where does this all lead me to?It is unfortunate that no one will be able to finance as both my parents has been deceased and i don't qualify for R350 SRD because i am NSFAS registered .
