I have paid up the outstanding balance in September of 2021 and Nsfas has not stopped deducting from my salary. Now its May 2022 and they continue to deduct while I have already paid the outstanding balance. I have also received a letter showing that I have settled the loan and I have tried calling and emailing but my problem remains unsolved I really need all my money back.
