On the 3rd of January I requested a profile reset I spent almost the whole January without an email/sms so on the 19th of February I went to NYD office to enquire I was then told to apply manually of which I did... Last week Thursday I received an sms stating that I do qualify for Nsfas and I should register but my problem is I can't register because I don't have my logins credential I've been calling with no luck, sending emails without any responses
