Been calling NSFAS to check the progress of my appeal and nothing has been done even today and I'd hold for hours to get assistance. Today (28/04/2022) I called from 1h00, around 16h00 my call was dropped. I dialled again same time, which I had to hold for another 2 hours, at 17:38 my call was dropped again. Today i felt drained, I really am tired.
