NSFAS - Nsfas coinvest allowances

Nsfas asked us to register on coinvest as it will be the one to release our monthly allowance but most student got theirs but I haven't recieved anything...I called coinvest and said we need to contact nsfas regarding our allowances and nsfas is not taking our calls nor responding to our emails...
