NSFAS - Nsfas 2023 funding

I have an issue with NSFAS 2023 funding, i got rejected due to not meeting academic criteria, i did appeal but i have not received any response and when checking the application progress, it's still on step 1 for weeks now. I tried calling NSFAS helpline but no one is available, kindly assist me because i'm now depressed, my life depends on this and i'm about to finish my course. PLEASE HELP
