NSFAS - Not funded

Last year I applied for nsfas to be funded . I've been having the same problem for the whole of last year with no response from the college and the nsfas offices I have been calling and doing every instruction but I'm still not funded the problem was a document that I had to submit wich I did numerous times but still says pending outstanding document my case was taken for further investigation but still no respond
