I paid the full balance which reflects on my account on the NSFAS portal on the 15 November 2021. I paid it directly into their FNB account and emailed the proof of payment on the 16 November 2021 to: [email protected]. I have tried calling their contact centre cannot get hold of anyone. I just need confirmation that my account has been settled.
