NSFAS - Learning device

I am a student that is NSFAS funded and after the announcement that was made by DHET regarding the support that is afforded students I had applied for learning device. Upon my enquiry I was reffered to the institution of which the institution was not given the device to issue to me. I was then told to revert to NSFAS. And I have been asking the NSFAS consultants but till this day I have not received the device. I have a strong feeling that one of these consultants took the device. But what saddens me is the fact that I did not perform well this year due to not recieving these materials. Please kindly investigate and give me feedback.
