NSFAS - Incomplete payments

Many people in my college got proper funding but many did not even though they applied for it in the beigining and that includes me i have not recieved any sort of funding from nsfas i have tried calling them this week but no one helped me and because of that i hade no money.

i heard of the e wallet thing and that you had to dial *120*176# but it keeps on saying that my account is locked and i don't understand what is the problem.

I hope they will fix the problem
