Kindly assist the following personnel [MOTALINGOANE NNEYANG ARIEL, ID NO: 891204 5895 081, STUDENT NUMBER: 67670660] with APPLICATION REFERENCE: OAC1202201182395499.
The applicant begin his academic journey 2019 at second semester at Unisa, he funded his minimum amount at that particular time, thereafter applied for NSFAS and since then have been receiving funds from NSFAS.
He completed his HC (98751) lately last year 2021, therefore applied for 98680 NEW LLB: (U/GRAD) where he is offered space for this academic year 2022.
By the time of applications closing date, his status changed drastically require him to appeal his application. Reason for that stated he exceeded his time limit, of which he is never over his time limit as per NSFAS protocol.
Due to covid-19 pandemic, some modules have automated to 1 year module of which is above my powers.
He chose that he would be only left with 60 credits to the list of reason he have been given on down scroll, and provided to attach two documents namely: Acceptance letter and declaration statement that he received from Unisa institution. To prove his case beyond reasonable doubt that he completed HC (98751) and envy to pursue with studies on 98680 NEW LLB: (U/GRAD) at Unisa.
Followed by numerous emails in order to make follow-ups. To this date of this claim, he never received any form of replies of feedback and assistance. His status remained on submitted documents and no progress has taken place.
He even contacted NSFAS TEAM at UNISA to intervene and elaborate to NSFAS that all documents submitted declared truth; I am continuing student at their institution. Both parties NSFAS and NSFAS TEAM UNISA have failed me by not doing so as their duty imposed to them to act accordingly, to communicate with each other concerning my application.
Now I am at my wits end to realise my effort and my transparency does not serve any purpose, my academic year will be due without receiving any assistance.
I request any form of assistance of assistance from any relevant entities to assist in this regards.
