NSFAS - Continues to demand payment

Nsfas has been continuously sending me sms' in regard to a loan that I never made in 2017. I have emailed and called them in March 2022, but no one has responded to my emails. No one can assist me telephonically. The loan is R76 000, but I did not sign any documents with Nsfas.
