NSFAS - Application for funding

HI.
My NSFAS portal shows my application has failed because of incomplete documents. I have submitted all the necessary documentation in the required time. When NSFAS informed me to complete the SASSA form and upload it, I did exactly that in the required time period. I did whatever they said I should do. Now, my application status have failed, but the stages started to progress and it now shows my application is in progress again. It has failed a week ago but now it is at the validation stage again. I know people that NSFAS have told to inform to upload the required documents but they never did, and yet their applications were successful. I know this because I helped the people I referred to in order to apply online.

I really just want NSFAS to look into my issue and trace all the complaints and emails I have sent to them so they can see I have submitted all the required paperwork as they required of me.

Please assist and revert back to me at your earliest convenience.

NSFAS still did not give me satisfactory feedback that is specific to my complaint. I think their correspondents with me is poor...
